I'll answer both I guess...
The consensus is that Florida State currently leads for Williams.
Florida State is right in the mix for Ngakoue.
Williams is a true hybrid and could end up at DE or LB. I like his size at LB, but he has the skill to play DE and be very successful.
Ngakoue should end up at DE as well, but similar to Williams, he could play linebacker.
