I always hate to see any of our players sustain any kind of injury - but that's part of football. They'll get enough just playing tackle football. What possesses any kid to think getting on a "scooter", is going to be anything but dangerous?! Luc is one of those kids I've been pulling for, he just seems to not quite be able to get to the best of his game. I hope this is a good wake-up call for him.

The Glauser thing hurts. NCAA hates us. Surrency...the basketball player from Argentina years ago (the name escapes my mind...this one's a little obscure...props to whoever can name him).

I've already moved on from Luc. Excited to see what Moody can do at the Sam position. I think he's a natural fit there if he can pick up on the scheme. Jones will light it up at the weak side position, and will put up some monster numbers if he stays healthy all year.
My opinion on players are that if they haven't made an impact within their first two seasons (outside of OL), then they aren't what they were hyped up to be out of High School. And yes, I am well aware that some take longer than others to develop, or come into their own, but that's just my stance on these kids.

Luc has had such injury problems it's hard to really progress vs guys like Telvin who've stayed healthy and had time in the system. His freshman year we had a lot more depth at backer, he didn't get a full spring this past year, and he was behind Bradham last year.
He's been a disappointment, but Bradham will go before the end of Day 2, CJ7 will go early in the draft, and Telvin has been phenomenal and was a touted recruit. Luc still has 2 years left, I'd agree he was overhyped coming out of high school, but I don't think I'm ready to write him off yet, either.
