Brissett is not a dual threat QB that you must be to succeed in that WVU system. Plus NC St has a better track record recently at putting QBs in the league.

WVU's system doesn't require mobility. It's a pass happy, Air Raid, team being coached by someone who has developed Case Keenum, Brandon Weeden and Geno smith. He coached under Mike Leach for years at Texas Tech.
NC State's new system will be taught by a coach who called 271 carries for his QB this year (Smith had 68). Who NC State developed in the past is irrelevant. They have a knew coaching staff.
