I don't see us going north of $700k. Whoever we go after will be in Stoops range of $500-600k.

I don't believe we could get him but Derek Mason the Stanford DC would be a fantastic hire (imo better than Ellis). His defense did great this year against both pro and spread teams

The only ? I have is was Johnson the guy that Jimbo supposedly had "locked up" and if so, what happened?
We'll find out of course, but I hope it wasn't an admin screw up beyond Jimbos' control. Rumors to that effect.

No one even knows if he was fishers 1st choice at all or if he was interested ...rumors and speculation w/out 1st hand sources mean nothing. Will we find a good guy and for less then that for sure
