Dude is like 70% ass...powerful lower-body...bad man...
LOL. The sad thing is I think Trickett's comments are probably funnier than watching the kid get destroyed.
This kid countinues to impress
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
Man i feel for that kid, but that was f'in awesome
I almost pissed my pants laughin at tricket and then the replay and sound of impact was too much.
Mr Denson is the real deal, kid is gonna be a mauler
I really can't wait for this kid to suit up for us.
My favorite thing about Ira is how mean he is. I mean with that size and a terrible attitude, he is your ideal guard. I'd hate to see that very large man coming at me on a trap.
damn that was fantastic. So glad he is a Nole
Deserve got nothing to do with it...
I approve of that block. Very, very nice.
Denson has to clean up some technical things, but I like how he doesn't just want to block you, he wants to destroy you.
As for Trickett, we don't know the context or if he has a relationship with the kid, but he could probably do without saying "fat ass" to a kid at a camp.
This is not that impressive when you realize that Denson had a running start and the kid wasn't moving. If the kid was running at him that would have been more impressive.
But as someone else said, I like the fact that he's mean AND he's on our team.
Ira reminds me of Montrae Holland in regards to brute strenght. Really excited about his potential.
Ha, I'm sure that is G rated for Trick.
I've played for some old school coaches and a lot of it is military derived. I had a coach not allow us to drink water during Legion baseball games, even double headers because he thought it would make us "Logy" ie... sluggish. Now there comes a point where being "hard nose" crosses over right into stupidity.
I'm all for mental toughness, but I'm also for building strong confident student athletes.
Yep on Canolee. "Get your ass planted" will suffice. Coaching, not insulting. I kinda see what TNoles is saying. You can be RIDICULOUSLY hard and encouraging simultaneously.
Goog, I would have said 'you have equipment on and a bag, you are allowed to hit him back.'
Of course. That's what I meant to say.
