Its much better than the bball game being a lame part of the weekend but we aren't just flat out going to get anyone we weren't already going to though. Good prestige moment though.
This is just a great day for FSU basketball as much as we are football games.

They wouldn't take recruits to games if they didn't think it would impact them. Winning like that, with a crazy crowd, and the madness that will continue into the night, will definitely make it an even more fun weekend for recruits.
When Darby leaves Tally, the weather should be in the low 60's, when he gets home it will be in the low 30's. Hope we can lock him up.

If we can lock in Dustin Hopkins by his dad finding an Indian head nickel during his visit to Notre Dame, we have a chance to influence a recruit to commit by witnessing a game atmosphere like this one (even if the recruit is a football player watching a basketball game). Winning when people expect you to lose can't hurt our chances.

Anytime u have an experience like that and have an awesome time doing something it's going to make for a good memory and you'll reflect on the experience in a positive manner, hopefully that will = recruiting success with some of our uncommitted players
