Not so sure. The NCAA is feeling very uneasy these days as they see their reason for being in question in the future. When the conference expansion comes to a head and we end up with the "super conferences" the NCAA may be nothing more than a useless relic. They are gong to be very careful now not to piss off their masters anymore than necessary.

If the NCAA goes away the Bama's and Auburn's will be open bidders for HS talent. No way does any form of college football D-1 tell the NCAA to walk, like it or not they are needed.
But I agree with Bush, this is beyond stupid that they drag things out for this long. If they drag this through the season this can't help but to hurt Miami. But what really will make it interesting is if they DON'T rule come bowl time. Does the Canes sit another bowl if they finish 6-6 or better? If they don't finish 6-6 does last years sitting count with the NCAA?
