If Thompson never got injured, where would he be drafted?

  • I'm not talking about just this year, but both 2011 and 2012. Think he would have been a first round back? Seems to me he is one of those rare backs that has that extra speed to take runs to the house, that close up on other backs after 10-15 yards..

  • Doesnt have the size needed to be a high draft pick. Unless you are super special with all of the measurables, I dont see many RB's getting drafted in the first round anymore. Just look at the number of first round RB's the past 3 years.

Because he hasnt returned kicks, I would project him as a 6-7 round pick or an undrafted free agent...whether injured or not.

  • I can't say first round because RB has become devalued. Third or fourth round before the knee. Would be great in a thunder/lighting due. Don't know his 40 time but in pads is the fastest guy on the field. Runs bigger than his size, great leg drive, breaks tackles. Good hands. Just a good football player and better person.

I f#cking hate knee injuries and every time I turn around we lose a great kid to one. Best of luck to CT and Tank at the next level.
