Personally I think 30 over 3 is light compared to what they're going to get. USC "I think" got more than that and Miami's allegations are far more heinous. I don't see how they can avoid getting lack of institutional control.

I think Miami deserves to be hit hard, but the NCAA is filled with completely incompetent and inconsistent people using logic that completely baffles the mind. Until we actually see what they do, I don't see anyone can be so sure what the punishment will be. The NCAA smacked USC, ignored Auburn, then tapped UNC and Ohio State on the wrist for similar offenses, and then destroyed Penn State for a non-football related crime (which is not the NCAA's jurisdiction). The inconsistencies that appear when conjuring up these punishments are so extreme that I don't see how anyone can be so sure about saying the punishment will be harsh.

I know FSU fans are hoping Miami gets slammed, and they deserve to be, but based on what the NCAA has done in the past I gotta see what actually happens before just assuming Miami will lose 30 scholarships.

If Miami lost 4 scholarships a year for 3 years, I would not be surprised.

I would rather see miami go 1-11 next year and another team inthe acc step up than them be good again. Miami being bad helps us in recruiting and it makes me happy. And thats a major plus

Dude you are telling the Truth about the NCAA, they are not consistent at all, I too have watched how they have handled USC, OSU and UNC and still have to give Miami and Oregon verdicts.

I know a lot of Noles want us to suffer, But my question to a lot of guys is this, Do you really think this Little man(Rat) who has taken peoples life savings can be trusted, I mean really I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw a 100lb weight.

I like many Miami fans will be glad when this is over, we have taken 3 bowl bans, Yeah we will lose some Schollies but I can't see us getting what they gave USC and Penn State and nobody should suffer the way Penn State has, I mean Punish the people who took a blind eye too that Mess but you tell me that the SEC boosters are not paying kids too go to their schools, Nobody in the ACC has those type pockets and I mean Nobody.

Maybe I'm alone here, but I think the NCAA handled Ohio State perfect. It was tattoos after all, and the coach that lied was stripped of his wins, fired and basically prohibited from coaching for 5 years. The players all got suspended and the university got a bowl ban and loss of ships.

Auburn didn't "skate", they just haven't been caught yet.

PSU got pile driven under the turf.

Tennessee got more than they deserve from Kiffin being Kiffin.

UNC is the only one that has skated, and man did they skate. IMO what happened at UNC is just as bad if not worse then what happened at Miami. The "good ole' boy network" must really be churning on that one.
