One way or another.
We need a TE's Coach and a Recruiting Coordinator, and everything else is legit.
You would think this stuff would be hammered down by the time this weekend gets here.

If you're asking me, then no, no idea. I will say I really like the idea of moving Coley to coach QB's, it feels like a QB Coach is much more involved in the overall game plan than a TE Coach is. Not to mention a TE Coach can be the Rec. Coord. and I am assuming will be a top recruiter, seeing as TE's is not overwhelmingly difficult position to coach, like OL or DB.

I think our whole staff will be in place by Friday, no inside info but it looks like Kelly and Burns are in then Jimbo has the rest of the week to lock that last spot up

Since Robert Weiner turned down the USF WR job, any chance we go with him as the TE coach? I read an article on him and he seems like a really good guy who knows the Xs and Os and has the potential to be a fantastic recruiter. Btw I have not heard anything about him even being considered, I'm just throwing this out there...

We do not need a rc for the rest of this cycle. However, I would expect Burns to be finished one way or the other by Thursday. I expect him to be announced tomorrow.

Burns is a really huge deal. If we get him then Jimbo outdid himself again putting a staff together. Pruitt has much to prove but don't we all. The te coach could be another D.Craig. Just a young guy who hammers recruiting 24/7

You are overestimating the importance of a rb coach.

Burns is not a great recruiter. Therefore, while you do need an rb coach who it is as a coach is secondary and who it is as a recruiter is primary.
