OK, so if Coker gets the nod this year and has success, it's likely that Winson won't be able to unseat the incumbent. It's pretty hard to do. So does Winston look around if it looks like he'll only get 1 year to run the show? I don't think he's the kind of kid that would be happy with only 1 year to start.

I suppose it's possible, but as long as he's be given a fair shot at QB and playing baseball, he may stick around a few years. I believe he said that if he doesn't make it on the turf, he'd go full bore at baseball.

I Coker takes control and Winston is as good as advertised, then I think we hit the lottery.

Another RSFR winning the Heisman yes please, also baseball playing FSU QBs always seem to impress.

I want to see if he can live up to his hype, personally I think he can surpass it.

Been team Coker for awhile

This Coker vs Winston thing with the fanbase is going to get ugly I'm afraid if things do not go right. That said, Winston FTW!

This is how I've come to see it also. Let's just get this kid as ready as possible.

No one knows who has the most upside. Jimbo does not know. Until they play at the college level, no one knows. Both are very talented athletes.

Those people have never seen Coker. Some scouts that have are very high on Coker. Like I said, even they are speculating. They both have the physical skills to play in the NFL. More skill than some all pro qbs. But until they prove they can do it at the next level, does not matter. I am sure just about everyone of the experts would take Coker or Winston over Brady if they were all coming out of high school now. Give them a chance, watch them play and hope neither gets injured. I have seen both play in high school, both were very good, doesn't mean they will be all americans, still have to prove it.

It's hysterical to think anyone knows who the starter will be. Trickett has shown he can throw a pretty accurate ball and obviously knows the offense best, but has no running threat. We have seen nothing from Coker or Winston in any real competition so how in the world can someone say they think either will be the starter. I saw Coker make some good and terrible throws in the spring game last year but it was a spring game.
