He said he got up to the 230-240 range. As a guy who has generally been overweight for most of my life, I can say that, for most people, the higher number is usually closer to accurate.
That said, Haulstead's got plenty of time to get back into shape, and two soft opponents tat the start of the season to get his sea legs back.
