In 2013, not 2012. He's a PG in the NBA all the way...combo-style guard. He reminds me a lot of Monta Ellis...really quick, aggressive with shots and can make his own shot very well.
NBAdraft.net has him at 18, for instance...right outside of the lottery I guess.
