Why is the NCAA always way late to the party with their JUCO rulings when it comes to us ? I remember them not having half a clue when it came to Corey Surrency a few years ago. Ruled him ineligible, then one year, then 2, then said he was done......atrocious stuff really. How hard is it to figure out ?
