Sherman really does it all. Leading nation in walks and OBP, made an amazing play at third last night to save a run, and just sent a shot over right field fence to start the game. Kid was a walk-on.

That was weird. Home plate umpire asks for help to see if the ball hit the batter. Not sure why he thinks the 1B ump would have a better angle on it than him.
Either way, the bases are now loaded for a guy who has 23 homers this year. Danger zone for FSU.

Horrendous call. Firstly the ball was pretty much over the plate. Secondly the player offered at it. Thirdly it hit his f'n bat not his hand.
