Same here....There is a lot to like about John.

I agree with you completely, very happy to have him as a Nole.

I was wondering: since he wants to play QB, and it is such a long shot that he could lock down that position, do you think we may see him used in a way similar to how UF uses Trey Burton, or how Pittsburgh used Kordell Stewat (aka Slash)?

It would get him into the game, and he would get some snaps at QB also.
Then as he gets more experience, he could get even more snaps at QB, and who knows, maybe in 3-5 years he is the starter.

I personally don't think he will ever become a full time starting QB, but I could see him as a very good WildcatQB/RB/WR/H-B.

One last thing.
It really seems like this staff is putting together a class of some very high character young men.
Is that just dumb luck, or is that something they are actively seeking out in their recruits?

Every year I have a gut feeling about one of our "under the radar" type recruits that they will turn out to be very good players. My feeling is that he'll be a very good safety in a few years. My gut feelings have been wrong a few times before though lol hopefully this isn't one of them
