You hire 2 qb coaches make them the RB and TE coach and move your TE coach to QB coach?

No offense, but wasn't Coley an OC before? I'm on board with this program where all of the assistant offensive coaches except for Trickett were OCs. I think its genius to have everyone familiar with running a system... even if it was their own system. Loved Dexter Carter as a tailback... not so much as a coach. Going to follow Gran's career as an OC... going to be very interesting to see how he calls plays.

Have you ever met Trickett? Are you some sort of respected coaching guru, protegee or do you just run with the rest of those here that have literally no clue what they are talking about? Please answer and yes downvote as well I post very little now a days because of ignorant mongoliods that spout this same dumb generic rhetoric. Look I have meet the man, Clint and his older brother and both are very well spoken and great young men. As for Rick that man is a legitimate coach. This year had all the makings for a disastrous year with the Oline being so young and inexperienced. I suppose you and the Trickett haters could do a better job? No actually, you couldn't and it isn't even close. So become educated or just shut up you cool with that? Downvote city please help yourself, what a bunch of whiners.

Nolewarchief, I think you misinterpreted what washington1963 said, he just mentioned that all the Offensive coaches have OC experience except for Trickett...i believe he is correct. Coley, Napier and Sanders all have OC experience. That is all he said. I think your rant was built up due to other Trickett bashing you have seen. I think Trickett is a good man, wish him well.

Those two QB coaches were former RB and TE coaches before they became offensive coordinators. The offenisve coordinators are most often the QB coaches and this move needed to happen for Coley's future as an OC.

Jimbo has hired an offensive staff of people I don't think will listen to. The one guy that I think can get his ear is Sunseri.

Dang Warchief, you might want to read a post before blowing up on a poster. Not one negative thing was ever said about Trickett.

Completely disagree.
This staff brings more to the table in the meeting room.
One thing Clemson fans have noted - Napier typically had success with scripted drives. He put together good game plans and typically had good execution from his players. Things typically went well until Dabo meddled.
I think you can say, and this is not a slight on Gran and Craig but a compliment to the new coaches, you have greater offensive minds in the meeting room.
The roster has been flipped and more "coaches" have been put on staff.
