Regardless, congrats Lady Noles!
There's sand in Birmingham?

I agree with PTC and congrats Lady Noles!
Sand Volleyball is the ish.
Im getting way into it, i played in my 2nd tourniment last weekend and got 3rd place in the Single A division (Theres B, BB, A, AA, and Open...Open is professional).
It's one of the funnest sports ever...and the chicks are so smoking hot.
Very cool, Go Noles
And now we've won the 2nd ever collegiate match, 5-0 over Tulane in Louisiana. Looks like most of the other programs don't start play until this weekend or next week.

Hopefully they win the first National title game too
I think our main competition will be USC. I believe they're usually pretty good in volleyball. There are a few other Cali schools and then Hawai'i. Over 1/3 of the current programs are from Florida and I've no doubt we'll do fine against Stetson, FGCU, FAU, UNF and JU. FIU is confirmed for 2013. No other Florida schools and the only other schools in the southeast are Mercer, C of C, Tulane and UAB (also Georgia State in 2013) so we have a great shot at getting in on the ground floor and being a perennial power in the sport, a la UNC in women's soccer. I think that was the AD's intent when we decided to add it a few years back.
Swept a double header against Tulane at FSU today. Now 6-0 and hasn't lost a set on the season (60 sets played).
