We want to stay in a relative ACC, but the doesn't look like an option any longer. FSU needed the ACC to paint them into a corner and they did in the ESPN deal, so now you can leave with no blood on your hands IMO, that's why we didn't leave last year, we had the offer, we just couldn't be the first to bolt after then way we got in.

We are not tied to UVA, but we do need to make sure they have an option to be in a big 4 conference, they don't have to take it, just have the option...then we leave. It is pretty commonly thought of amoungst our inside guys (and SEC inside guys) that we will have an offer to go SEC and that 16 will go to NCState or UNC, UNC seems to be a better fit for the B1G.

Our inside guy (he is very connected and was on top of everything last year) said that FSU and ND have invites to the BIg 12, the vote was unanimous for those 2, it is expected that ND will turn it down and the offer goes to Clemson. With that we are out, we have been in bad conferences before, we won't let it happen again.

How awesome would it be if all the none Carolina teams (outside of Boston college, Pitt, Syracuse) let the ACC

Clemson, FSu,Gtech ,Miami the big 12. Maryland to the big10. Va.Tech to the SEC.

Wouldn't that an awesome F You to the ACC.
