FSU says "Oh, screw it," offers every player in America

In a time- and money-saving maneuver that other schools may soon imitate, FSU went ahead and extended a blanket scholarship offer to every high school football player active for the 2014 signing class.
Not all offers are believed to be commitable, however...
Edit: Well, after reading about yet another offer, I thought it was funny...

Honestly, these days, with how offers don't mean squat, it isn't a bad idea. Ole Miss basically did this last year.
