I know this is hard to believe but FSU has never been a school that offensive lineman have lined up to play for. They have had one class in 20 years which was supposed to great (Matt Heinz, Blake Williams) class and other then that its been like this for a very long time. FSU is NEVER going to be some great destination for lineman. I could care less if FSU hired another OL coach. They can hire the OL coach from Stanford and it would get slightly better. While FSU can pull skill kids, they can pull defensive lineman and linebackers..OL are always going to be tough....Most good offensive lineman are from Texas, Cali, the Mid-west and the Northeast....Kids from Jersey and PA are going to choose Penn State, Wisconsin, Ohio State before FSU. This does not count Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Rutgers....You go to Texas most of those kids are going to choose the Big 12 Schools...This could change somewhat if FSU gets in the BIG 12. You look at Cali....you just are not going to get many Cali kids...especially OL which are smart kids to FSU.....FSU just is not going to sign them. So some may want to sit here and bitch about Tricket.....FSU can get rid of him tomorrow and the problems will still exist....Most offensive lineman the really good ones carry close to 4.0 GPA and 1200+ SAT....Sorry and this may offend some.....FSU may be one of the last schools on these kids list. If FSU lands Kirkland and Denson they will have landed the two best interior lineman in Florida this year....I still believe they pull Tunsil...He is the #1 nationally rated OL....Pull the kid from DC and its a great class for FSU....This constant bitching every year about OL recruiting. Watson for all the bitching last year was FSU best OL....He is going to get drafted. Matias, Stork and Jackson are going to be three of the best interior lineman next year in the ACC....WTF else do some of you want. If you want Alabama offensive line....You may as well go cheer for them....Because that line was one of the best ALL-TIME.....
