  • All these projections for the BCS are so far off. Not overly surprised. Just keep winning and we will see what happens. Our chances were already less than 3% as we stand now.

  • Sorry, maybe I'm being a blind homer, but we are at least a TD better than uga, uf, and scar. I think we'd beat LSU on a neutral field. I know we're better than ND and Louisville as well, but I can live with them being in front of us bc they are undefeated.

  • You have got to be effing kidding me. Louisville barely beat USF, Southern Miss and Cinci. No 2 loss team should be in the top ten right now. The SEC bias will not be fixed by the playoff. They will just have 3/4 teams in the playoff.

    Well, we're going to destroy UF, Clemson is going to wreck USCe, and Rutgers (at home) is going to ruin Louisville. Maybe then we'll creep up to # 8 1/2.
    I hate the SEC. I want Oregon and Bama in the big bowl. We'll see how bad-ass the SEC is then.

    I think UGA could definitely beat us, the rest I agree with. Main thing to me is we lost a game to a vastly inferior opponent therefore the BCS doesn't mean shit. We win the ACC and go to that bowl game regardless.

    We coud have scheduled better ooc games. USF sucked-not our fault. We could have gotten a medicore d-1 team to replace wvu and instead got Savannah st-that is our fault.

    We could also have scheduled a a low end d-1 team instead of Murray st.

    as to our BCS record, it is irrelevant because he will finish ranked higher than all 2 loss teams if we finish 13-1

    Also, in two years the computers will not matter anymore.

    So if nd takes a Loss vs USC should they drop out of top 10? Look at teams they played purdue wake bc navy mia pitt msu.. Only teams they have played were Ou and Stanford...

    The NC State loss doesn't me jack.... If we are undefeated right now, we are probable ranked 5-6... The same as where we would be if we win our last three... Our overall schedule sucks..

    I did not realize these were the final BCS standings?

    Look i am not defending the BCS, which is a joke, BUT we were idle last week, while these teams all played.

    ND is likely to lose one, their final SoS is not much better than ours.

    If FSU wins out we will jump to around 5th, assuming Oregon and K-State win out.

    Clemson beats USCe we beat UF..and all is well.

    I would really like to see FSU come out and drop the hammer Thursday, as if we aren't getting the respect we deserve, and want to take it out on VT. I want to see this team with a "Killer Instinct" and to see it play angry. Perception is reality, and if we pulverize VT at their place, on national TV, no matter their record, people will notice.
