  • No Leadership, no offensive or defensive balance, poor shooting and lack of executions on both ends. What else can go wrong? Plenty, poor effort in rebounding, passing efficiency, catching passes, boxing out on rebounds, rotation in passing the ball, penetration to the basket and shooting free throws. Prediction for the season....I see FSU go 14-19 at least. No NCAA tournament, no NIT. Period.

  • Not even bothering to watch them this season

Where are those 14 coming from with this team. Last years team I did not lose faith in after losing in the big ten challenge and to florida, but this team lost faith in after the south Alabama lost.

  • FSU lost three straight at one point last year - Harvard, Connecticut, Michigan State. Right around this time of year last year.

This team has a lot of issues - lack of leadership, inexperience, turnovers, rebounding, etc.

I just don't see a reason for optimism or an expectation that it comes together.

  • I'm not sure we even make those tournaments lower than the NIT (the CBI and the CollegeInsider Tournament). We really need that extra practice time but we'd have to go .500, right? Right now 10 wins looks like a stretch.

They're a young team but Snaer should be providing leadership.

Chris, their is no leadership on this team. The upperclassmen are not taking responsibility unlike last year's team when Sarg. (ala Bernard James) stepped up and said enough is enough. Can FSU do the same this year as we did last year? I doubt it. I continue to stress we need multiple point guards that are like 4 star players. We end up getting 7 footers that can't play defense and have so little basketball experience.

Per the ESPNU commentators; this was the lowest offensive scoring game in 'Hass since 2002.

And what about Shannon, White and Miller? They're all veterans.

  • Typical Coach Ham team. T/o prone. No matter the year it is the same story season after season. Coach Ham is a super recruiter but a piss poor fundamentals coach. It is what it is.
