Beating them wont be good enough. We have to destroy them, which we are capable of doing if we play smart for 60 minutes.

Bright side:
FSU rises from .6071 to .6363.
LSU drops from .7331 to .7308
TAMU drops from .6621 to .6526
UF is at .8434
Neither of those teams finish with a good team (Arkansas and Missouri) so we could jump em with a win over UF, especially since they both lost to UF. We should at least jump LSU, TAMU and UF if we win convincingly next weekend. A win against UF should hugely affect the computer rankings.

Uf needs 2 late TD's including a blocked punt return with 2 min left to beat ULL and they are somehow #4. Zero credibility!

The AP is waiting for this game, has been all year. If we win this weekend then I bet we're #3 in the coaches, #5 in the AP and number ~5 in the BCS. It will be a huge jump.
We also started the year Ranked 12th right? Next year we start ~3rd and a single loss wont hurt us as much. I want out of the ACC as much as anyone but we can win titles out of this conference. Losing in a pathetic manner against NCSt never helps though.

Well, at least this will further cure Jimbo from watering down the schedule too much from here on out. No more Savannah st replacements. That is why we are behind all the 2 loss teams. However, the ACC would still have us probably at 5th or 6th.
We still have an open date for next year because of the ACC going to 8 games.

very, very slight possibility of FSU making it........but I have zero hope about it. What kills me is we finally have a respectable season and our "reward" will be an empty ACCCG against a 6 win team and after that we get the great treat of either Rutgers or Louisville, while CU will get a marquee matchup. This system is already effed up but seems to go out of its way to stifle FSU this year
