FSU-Miami Saturday game moved to Noon

Due to severe weather that is threatening to hit the Tallahassee area on Saturday, the time for game two of the weekend series featuring Florida State and Miami on Saturday, April 21 has been changed to 12:00 p.m.

I would suggest a Friday dh. Severe weather possibility on Saturday and Sunday according to my weathercasting professor.

What time would they start a DH on Friday?

4 seems reasonable to me. I'm concerned that the Sunday game won't be played to it's completion, or at all. A double header on Friday would allow all of Saturday and part of Sunday to play 9 innings.

They'd be better served to play a DH starting at 10am on Saturday.
I don't think Martin wants anything to do with a game starting at 8pm (2nd game) if he can control it.

That might be a better idea then. Saturday has the highest chance for severe weather, but with Miami's curfew and the possibility that Saturday is washed out, completion of the series on Sunday could become an issue. That's why I suggested a DH on Friday.

I have never understood this Miami curfew thing. Are they the only school to have one?

FSU used to have travel curfew when they went to Miami before they started flying charter.
Miami runs into curfew because they are the only school that flies to Tallahassee directly and the last direct flight to Miami is earlier than the last connecting flight through ATL like most other teams take.
