My read is he is a Nole, except he has some hesitation due to playing time. At Syracuse, he does not have that worry.

I live in NY right now and you'd have to get your head examined to want to play football here. Staten Island is cold, but Syracuse is RIDICULOUS!
He's all Nole based on weather alone!
