Looks to have a bigger frame than Toshmon at a similar height, and he's got time to get bigger (not height).

The kid has the long arms you covet at the spot and he has an excellent motor and good speed.
I think he is a guy that contributes in his third year after he puts on some bulk and becomes more explosive.
