Honestly, if you're after recruiting info, Geoff Vogt of Noledigest.com is about the best there is. He's in a league of his own, IMHO. Just stay away from NoleDigest's Publisher, John Crist - he's a major toolbag (Almost a mirror of DotCom/Gene Williams)
My apologies in advance for talking about another board on here, or it's staff.... just being honest and giving Geoff his deserved due. (But I know Geoff is friendly with the owners/mods here.... unllike Warchant whom everyone hates, including the FSU Administration).

FSU hasn't officially done anything, even if internally they've privately decided or if it's obvious.
FSU's board has to meet, and make an official committee and then designate someone to "pursue the options" on it's behalf.
FSU then has to give official notification of options being explored to the ACC
FSU's board then has to officially vote.
FSU then has to give official notification of it's intent to leave.
As we stated a million times last year with TAMU to SEC during all stupid media drama when the issue was decided in concrete months earlier that "there's a process" to this stuff that has to unfold. If you don't follow the process, you have serious issues with exit fees, tort interfearence drama, etc etc. Those that read and post on message boards (speaking in general) need to remember there is a lot of moving parts, and it's not as simple as just filing a paper and calling it done.

... and it's going to take a lot of time and follow certain procedural steps.... EVEN IF everyone involved knows the outcome 100%.
My point?
You can say it's a "fact" that FSU to the Big12 hasn't officially had any talks. And that's true. You can say it's a "fact" that some people with the institution are talking to the the Big 12, and that's true.
Both are a conflict in statement, but both are factually true.
