Positives, negatives, questions, concerns. What do you think of the staff assembled by Jimbo Fisher over the past three months?

Love the hires....
6 to Midnight!
I love it, but with success I dont see many of them staying long.
Do you consider them all solid verbals at this point, or should we be worried for another Napier heading into the fall?
The poster formerly known as 31-7. Understood by few, known by many, loved by all.
Seems great to me, all the new hires are proven. Pete Roussel is a big fan of the new staff
I consider them solid verbals. I think they have turned their phones off.
Pro's - Staff full of very talented recruiters. Good coaches - Many of the new hires were coordinators or a HC. Coaches that have been around successful (championship) level teams. Winners breed winners.
Con's - Many chiefs ..... How many Indians? Most of these guys have aspirations of moving up. Did FSU ever get an OC? Who will recruit S. Florida? DC who has never called a collegiate game in his career.
believe its an upgrade from the previous staff
Can legitimately make an argument that this staff dwarfs the previous staff in recruiting. No question that this staff is miles ahead of the previous one in coaching.
amazing staff.. hopefully it translates on the field as well as off.
Sexiest staff in the nation IYAM.
Three W's In My Life: Ward, Weinke, and Winston
I think the other staff was an 8. This one is a 9.
I'm especially excited about Sunseri, Graham and Pruitt. But Sanders, Kelly and Brewer seem like quality also.
QB's - no question Randy Sanders is an upgrade on the field. Probably not the recruiter Dameyune was.
RB's - probably a wash here. Gran was good on the field and in South FL but Graham is an up and comer for sure.
TE's - upgrade on the field. wash in recruiting
DB/DC - upgrade in recruiting. Not sure on the coaching aspect yet but I'm all for a more attacking style
DE's - probably a wash
LB's - massive upgrade
Overall I'd give the new staff the edge however I really wish we had a different OL coach.
Positives-Love the HC experience, Love that they all can recruit, Love that they been apart of SEC schools and decided to come to FSU
Negative-Would love to see more ethic diversity. We lost Craig and picked up Graham. But would love to see more than 3.
Concerns- I think stabiity is a big need for FSU right now. All great hires but I could see Sunseri &Kelly both leave for DC positions and Brewster could leave for OC position WITHIN 2 seasons. With 50k buyouts that is the greatest concern.
Questions- So can we win a National Championship this season or next with this group of coaches and players?
I like D.J. Eliot quite a bit, but I'll take Sal Sunseri over him every day of the week!
i like the hires. still wish we had a guy with proven south florida ties. i know everyone is gonna bash but i dont care. established SoFla relationships>forming new ones. obviously it doesnt matter but thats my only concern. i just hope we dont start recruiting more out of state guys than FL players
FSU Ambassador to the masses
Should be better on gameday.....
Qb's-the fact Sanders actually coaches is a huge upgrade. Also, the fact Craig was actually on the road during game weeks give a bit of a false perception about his greatness as a recruiter. If he was on campus coaching all week eh would not be the recruiter he is now. Furthermore, outside of Alabama he wasn't great.
Sunseri is an upgrade in coaching because of experience. Eliot was good but he doesn't have 25 years under his belt.
Kelly-huge upgrade. Brewster, huge upgrade over Napier and an upgrade over Coley- in coaching and a bit in recruiting. Hopefully can get some midwestern ol's in here.
This staff is light years ahead of the the other staff from a coaching standpoint and ahead of the other staff from a recruiting standpoint as well.
The fact the schedule is backloaded will give the staff time to gel.
