fool, good question. I think the blame needs to be spread around the offense(OL-TE-RB's, WR's when they miss a block on a perimeter run and EJ when he made an incorrect decision on the zone read) and on the coach(not having a QB Sneak option 3rd and inches with no one over Center against GT, running zone plays in short yardage against a slanting defense, etc...).
05, Trick is an excellent coach, there is no two ways about that. But as Jimbo has stated, you can't take a Donkey to the Kentucky Derby. Although, the OL is the one place you want a smart, tough kid that gets after it and not just the biggest thoroughbred.
But I won't be heartbroken if he leaves with his son, either this year or next. I trust Jimbo would find an excellent replacement and most likely more youthful and as a result, the necessary energy to recruit. Then again, I don't think Trick lacks energy. But I'm not sure he can relate to all types of kids, which shrinks the pool to draw from.
