As much as I hate to admit it, UF is legit. No, they're not perfect, but they have a pretty solid resume. beating TAM and Tennessee on the road and LSU and South Carolina is pretty impressive. If FSU played TAM on the road, I'm not sure we would've won. Sad story, but true. Florida has a great chance to be undefeated by the time they roll into Tally. Or with like one loss. It's gonna be a tough match-up, but I'm confident in the Noles chances at home. However, we've GOT TO KEEP GETTING BETTER EVERY WEEK. We have to continue to fix our mistakes and play one game at a time until that day. So it strats with Miami today!!!!!! GO NOLES!!!!!!!!
they are beating a beaten up USC team, doesn't matter would rather have the undefeated coming into tally
Totally legit. If every team they face is either piss poor or just loses 4 or 5 fumbles, they'll go unbeaten forever.
consider me not impressed still. their offense is laughable
The defense keeps them in every game though. They are winning ugly, but still undefeated.
"A Seminole warrior killed in battle is a legend remembered. A Gator lost in battle becomes a pair of boots and a belt. "
Sometimes you make your own luck--bad and good. It's time to stop pretending that UF is a pretender. They deserve their top 3 ranking. We can beat them, but they're NOT worse than us.
Florida has played three teams tougher than FSU's toughest opponent.
They deserve their ranking, but they're not the #2 team. Their offense is beyond bad.
That doesn't dispute his point. FSU plays who's on their schedule. There's not much they can do about their opponents.
He was making the point that Florida is only undefeated at this point because their opponents suck. Florida has played possibly the toughest schedule in the country thus far with Texas A&M, LSU, and South Carolina. It definitely disputes his point.
thats not saying much, we know our schedule is terrible. But...
Texas A&M: blah
Tennessee: 3-3 team about to be 3-4 after tonight
LSU: Extremely overrated and it was a home game
USCe : gimped team and it was a home game
Not really that impressive...

No, he's making a point that UF has benefited from turnovers. That has little to do with the strength of an overall team.
Arguable. Clemson could definitely beat all three of South Carolina, Texas A&M and LSU. Mind you, you used a subjective term like "tough" instead of something that YOU could actually quantify.
Find a team who has put together a better resume. Wait, I'll help you out. There isn't one. You can say that it's not impressive, but it's more impressive than anything anyone else has done.
I personally pray your arrogant team comes into Tally undefeated.
Who forced those turnovers?
Which is exactly why a majority of people said that they deserve their ranking. That doesn't mean they're the #2 team.
Most of them were, more or less, unforced.

I just hope Florida doesn't put up triple digits on us next month.
You guys are right, we suck. 7-0 and no D2 teams played yet.
You're kidding, right?
Notre Dame has beaten:
Purdue - lol
Michigan State - 4-4 in an AWFUL B1G
Michigan - Borderline T25 team
Stanford - Impressive win, but not as impressive as LSU, South Carolina, OR @Texas A&M
You're looking at the new #1 on Sunday night. They deserve it.
We LOST TO NCST. SUCK A YOU KNOW WAHT JIMBO! Sorry
However, the game will be that much better if they roll into Doak as an undefeated #1. We still owe them for 97'..
BUT, if Jimbo's history is any indication, we'll lose another game before then. Vtech most likely.
It's a circular arguement. SEC teams don't play tough non conference games, there only considered "good" because they beat other "good" SEC teams. Who has Alabama played? Who has Florida played?. LSU barely beat Texas A&M and Texas A&M barely squeaked out a win against LA Tech. I'm not saying these teams aren't good I just think the fact that so many people assume that SEC teams are good because they beat their conference opponents just doesn't mean all that much.
