Was it EJ going down? What do you think happen and why couldn't FSU recover?

Ej knocked out and fumble game over
3rd and 14 and the screen to Reed....
Too many to think of.

That critical fumble by EJ seemed to suck all the momentum from our team. We could have maybe salvaged it, but then we gave up the quick TD. That turn of events seemed to have finished us.
Actually, a better argument was Ej not going down prior the game. I am serious. He needed to make throws and made far too few.
He was a liability tonight

Our first turnover, really.
The drive where our defense allowed them to drive down and score a fg up 20-13 to make it a 4 pt game did us in though.
The turning point was our defense being on the field 75% of the first half and being winded in the 4th.
Pick your favorite EJ turnover.
You could say EJ fumbling the ball after not throwing it away (recurring them), it seemed to suck all the momentum away because we were moving the ball again. Outside of the 3rd qtr, they just moved the ball at will though.
Not trying to bash the guy, but never could understand why a 5th year senior never learned how to simply throw the ball away. I know the turnovers were probably the main reason for the loss, but why take another 16 yard sack and take your kicker out of fg range AGAIN?? Could have cut the lead to 7 with over 4.5 minutes left in the game.

Life is good. Now lets go win another championship.
EJ's inability to read a defense and float passes he shouldn't cost us this game.
On the fumble I questioned if that hit was helmet to helmet but in the end it doesn't really matter.
But his stats........
It was nauseating to watch that overthrow. O'Leary would have been well in the redzone. his last throw was an overthrow which was appropriate for ej's career.
A lot of Ej's completions were poor throws.
+1000. Been saying it all night to anyone who will listen. Reminded me a lot of Patrick Robinson's missed tackle during the '09 Miami game. Totally changed the momentum.
Too many plays to choose from. No turning point. Clint Trickett didn't look like the answer either. UF is a better team from a better conference.
I hate to say this because I know that there are a lot of Trickett fans out there. The kid got skills but I dont believe he is the answer to the QB situation once we send EJ packing. I would love to move forward with Coker. UF was ready to eat him alive.
Kickoff. Seriously, we need to take the blinders off. I don't know any realistic person who thought fsu would win by +7. This game was over when Fisher took over as head coach 3 years ago.
Is he our Frank Solich?

I hope not, because Bo Pelini ain't Tom Osbourne, either.
