Hope he gets taken by a team like NE where he can be in a mature and professional environment and not part of a rebuilding process like Indy. If he lands on the right team he could be a serviceable Nickel/Gunner for many years.
I would not mind him going to Tampa so I can root for him.
Im hoping for fins. No noles on the roster
At least they have drafted noles while the jags never do. Greg Jones is the only nole drafted by them.
Tampa would be awesome. I have never followed an NFL team but I've always liked them and they have been good to FSU. Plus they are one of the only teams I've seen live.
Jags drafted Larry Smith in the 2nd round back in the 90's. Was a huge bust though. Much like the countless Gators we've drafted.
As a lions fan, I'm hoping Mayhew (FSU alum) has an eye on him. We have a legit need at corner an he might be a steal in the mid rounds.
I hope Minnesota takes him (selfishly). I hated the Vikes until last season. Weve got Guion, Booker and Ponder. I hope we can take a swag at Sanders but would love Harris too.

Some team is gonna get a steal by taking him in the later rounds. I love this kid's story, and I'll be pulling for him wherever he ends up.
Then Colts (my team) may target him in the later rounds, but for him to be available would mean they would have to jump early to grab him, like the 4th round. Other than that it's a crap shoot to who picks him first.
Agree, however my Patriots/Belichick only seem to draft Gates.
Although I have to admit I like how Spikes and Hernandez play a lot better now that they're not Gators anymore.
Mike really ran a 4.68? That seems slow for an NFL corner doesn't it?
Are the Colts still running a Tampa 2? It's a dying defense in the NFL but I guess a lot of teams still mix it in, but fewer are running it as a primary D.
Because Mike Harris is the perfect Tampa 2 cornerback. Don't need to be faster than 4.68 in that sort of defense lol...just need to have great instincts, tackle securely, and quickness/hip movement...sound like someone we know?
Yes and it is why I think NFL teams believe they can get him in the later rounds.
