Believe me Texas A&M will have no problem selling out 102,000 seats. When they were mediocre in the Big XII they didn't have trouble selling out the Kansas game. This is great for them and wish the Noles fan base was as passionate. Too many home games I see empty seats.
College Station is within a 3 hour drive from Houston and Dallas, their major alumni bases.
Tallahassee isn't close to most alumni. There are geographic obstacles that make it tough to get to Tallahassee without taking a day off of work and paying a 2 night minimum hotel stay.
They may, but they haven't sold out a majority of this last decade.
All they have done the past decade is pretty much set record attendance. Texas AM with Sumlin at the helm is recruiting like crazy and turn the program around while Texas is in a slump. They could really shift the view in Texas of who is at the top

They may, but I don't think so. They are riding on momentum right now. I don't see that offense having success in the SEC long term, I don't see recruiting staying where it's at long term and I don't see them selling out 105,000 seats long term. Once the SEC defenses figure out the TAMU offense, once they start losing and once Texas rebounds, their program will fall to where it's been for decades. If you're going to increase attendance, do so by 5,000 or so, not 20,000. They've been averaging below capacity for years.
That stadium is going to be incredible, but yes it does seem to be going against what nearly everyone else in college and pro sports is doing, which is downsizing their stadiums.
I'd like to go to a game there. Maybe the LSU game in a few years.
