Something is going on...all canes are confident
His coach is pushing for Miami
Was that his head coach that called into the radio station or another assistant at Northeast?

Damn is he even allowed to do that?
I thought HS schools were supposed to help kids make the best decision for their future careers.

They were confident on Gruden too.
Coley, Bryant and Thomas will be Noles. Kirkland not looking good.
I'll kiss the ground if that is true... Somehow I don't believe it.

From my understanding Coach Bennett is not the type to steer a kid to a certain school.
I almost get the feeling that whoever has the momentum on NSD with those sfla kids may just get them all. If he sees that Denver and Thomas are going to UM, I could see how that could influence other sfla hometown kids. Or maybe not.
They are not confident. Just stupid. Pretty sure every parent of a Miami fan that posts on the internet had to pull a "Ms. Gump" so they wouldn't have to go to the special school.
Your momma sure does care about your schoolin, son.
Coley is ours.

Macintosh - you are a very disrepectful person.
To the OP, I don't think we are confident in getting Coley. In fact, Golden just offered another WR so my guess is we don't get him. Sometimes, kids just want to go to a particular school. Just like Greene wanted to go to FSU and Dorsett wanted to go to UM. Coley will be successful at either school so it really comes down to where he is confortable. I think that will be FSU.
Thomas and Kirkland are much harder to read. It should make for an interesting NSD.
1. Great post Macintosh keep it up
2. We got the better WR in Greene
3. Would love FSU to land both of those kids but it won't make or break the program not getting either
2 Time will tell, but how do we measure it? Will either be All American, or All ACC? Or will it be who gets drafted higher? Both are very good players - and to think they played on the same HS team.
3 Obvioius - no individual kids make or break any team, with the exception of maybe the QB.

Its gonna be interesting.
1. Agree to disagree.
2. I base it off the success they've had individually thus far. It's great if a prospect goes to the NFL but they are recruited to FSU/Miami to be successful at the college level.
Rashad Greene: 95 rec 1337 yds 13 rec TD/1 rush TD/2 PR TD
Phillip Dorsett: 72 rec 989 yds 5 rec TD/1 pass TD
Kids a nole!
Alex Collins head coach is pushing for Arkansas.
There's no way he was claiming Dorsett has been the better WR between Greene and Dorsett, right? Because that is laughable.
Dorsett did have more yards this season, but no way is he better. He wasn't in high school and he still isn't.
Well, Greene was All-ACC honorable mention last season. Dorsett, not so much. Does that count?
The Atlantic Coast Conference Wednesday announced the inaugural All-ACC Football Team as selected by the league's 12 head coaches.

Jimbo's WR will never have gaudy stats. It's just his style.
I've read that Collins' coach played HS football with Arkansas assistant coach Charlie Partridge (South Plantation High I believe). Collins also lives with and has been mentored by his coach (Doug Gatewood). The man is definitely trying to push AC to Arkansas...,
Bummer for you all, Coaches shouldn't try to push kids to schools because of their own personal connections. I won't complain about not having to play Alex collins if he is at Arkansas but I'd be pissed if it was us. Are you all Gus Edwards or bust at RB if you miss on Collins?
