My kids have a "run-a-thon" at school tomorrow, they are 10 and 7...you know the drill....kids beg everyone we know for money to run around a track and you have to give for each lap...money goes to the school....(and this school does not need the money but that's another topic)....
So my wife volunteers and is assigned as the person who gives out gatoraid to the kids.... My kids blew up! They stopped talking to her over the weekend and it got so bad my wife had to go to school today and beg someone to switch positions with her because my kids ...their words...."refuse to live in a house where their mommy touches anything gator related."
Im so proud.

Brings a tear to my eye
The way it should be.
My 4 year old doesn't know who the Gators are, he only knows about "boo gators". He sees a "boo gator" logo on a car, shirt, store, etc he yells out "boo gators! yuck!" If we go anywhere in public, chances are he is saying boo gators to someone. If he wants to know if something is good or bad he asks me "dad, is this boo gators or not?"
Haha that is awesome! My little girl refuses to wear anything that is orange or blue!
I trained my almost 4yr old niece to point at any gator shirt/logo and yell "pervert!!" So far, it caused two guys in Walmart quite the humiliation.
So many parts of this post are amazing that I don't know where to start.
23,000 dolphins are killed every year in Japan. For pest control. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KRD8e20fBo
Very well played.
We live in Ocala safe to say Gators are well represented. My son who is 4 knows the family doesn't like the Gators. Nothing like walking through a store and my son says lound enough for everyone to here" Daddy that guy has a gator hat on and we don't like the Gators". Even the Gators smile. Good stuff. +1
My 4 year old does the same thing. Some of the teachers at her school are gators. If they are wearing uf stuff, without fail when I drop her off she says, "Miss _________ is a gator but she is a nice gator so I can like her. But we want the Seminoles to win." She's known every word to the fight song since she was 2. It is a parenting priority.
