All from twitter in the past two hours:
Stephen Holder @HolderStephen
Kinda intrigued by FSU WR Rodney Smith. Looks like he has really good hands. And he's HUGE. 6-6, 219 pounds
Neal Driscoll @NealDriscoll
#FSU WR Rodney Smith is a nice player with a round 5 value. Runs strong routes, above average hands
Emory Hunt @FBallGameplan
Florida State WR Rodney Smith made the crowd go crazy with a spectacular catch. Had a solid practice today #ShrineGame
Cecil Lammey @cecillammey
Seminoles WR Rodney Smith looks good when he has to climb to catch a pass. If at his numbers he fights the ball Making plays @Shrine_Game
Eric Galko @OptimumScouting
Rodney Smith ( #FloridaSt WR) really working hard today. Efficient in routes, taking to coaching (it seems) and extending away from body.
Eric Galko @OptimumScouting
Collin Klein, bit late in throw, better but not great velocity on a deep post...but Rodney Smith with a nice catch between two DBs.
Jeff Risdon @JeffRisdon
Looking forward to the battle between #VaTech Marcus Davis & #FSU Rodney Smith as top tall WR here #ShrineGame

Love this guy to get into 2-3 round with a good game, combine and pro day.
Would've liked to see that sort of effort while he was here...
He flashed potential, but then dogged it half the time. Frustrating kid.
"Some people think football is a matter of life and death, I assure you, it is much more serious than that."
Rodney has a lot of tools you cannot teach and I wouldn't be surprised to see him sneak into the 3rd round but I see him going in the 4th.
I'm not sure if Rodney got a combine invite or if that has even been decided yet but I think he would do well there. He is much faster straight line then FSU fans give him credit for. I could see him running in the mid 4.5's or slightly better which is impressive for a 6'5+ 220lbs guy. He also has has the ability and catch radius to make some pretty spectacular grabs. Most importantly he has shown the ability to run some pretty damn good routes at times like the "Slugo" for a TD against UF 2 years ago. My biggest knock on Rodney is the fact that he can disappear for long periods of time.

Uhh... They have plenty of elite skill players at those schools. More than we do.
We haven't had a 5 star RB or WR since, what, Rouse? Antone?
Oregon had DAT and Seastrunk there at the same time - both five stars. Seastrunk is proving his high school ranking at Baylor now.
