FSU -->----->> The Unconquered Uprising
One thing that will help is when the SEC inevitably comes down a bit. I'm not saying they won't continue to be the premier conference for the foreseeable future, but they simply won't win another 7 straight titles (doing that in the first place has taken a fair amount of luck in addition to power). We really need some other teams (us, Oregon, UT, OU, etc) to take that last step up and win a national title or two. I have to think that even if the "SEC SEC SEC" crap keeps up to some extent after that, breaking the national title stranglehold will help lessen it significantly.

Couldn't agree more, with the media hurricane + the amount of easily accessible social media everywhere, the SEC is engrained now. Have to think it will effect the next few years, but pee wee footballers to 8th graders for years to come. Nothing against a conference being excellent, but to hear it all the time, see it all the time, it's all the news shows, sports shows, everything drives it in over and over and over. They are creating a monster that will hurt CFB in the future not help it.
