While the basketball world waits for Andrew Wiggins to make an announcement on his college choice, his brother says no decision has yet been made.
“The days are counting down,” Nick Wiggins, Andrew’s other brother and a junior at Wichita State, told SNY.tv. “When he is ready to make his decision he will make it.”

This is dragging on too much, just make a decision and go with it, it's for one year and your going to be #1 pick overall pretty much no matter what (barring injury) you aren't getting married for life
Maybe it's just me that feels this way
FSU -->----->> The Unconquered Uprising
I agree! He's supposed to be the anti-LeBron in that he avoids the spotlight, doesn't want the attention. Hello!? The more he drags this on the more attention he receives. Just announce already!!
"I never knew I had a foot until I noticed it was on your neck"
This is getting a bit absurd. When is the last day to decide?
i honestly forgot about him. i guess i figured he signed with someone else and i just missed it.
I am at the point where I stopped caring.
But care enough to read and post?
You guys are crazy. He has until May 15 to decide IIRC. I think he is legitimately torn, from everything we have read he is not one to hold out for attention.
Yeah...strange isn't it?
My bet is that he announces On May 15th.
We all know he has picked FSU and is just waiting to drop the bomb on the blue bloods
GO NOLES! / SCALP EM!
Let him take his time. He's a quiet kid and not making a circus of it, in fact the media and fans are chomping at the bit to create a circus and he has the restraint not to self indulge in it.
Does anyone get pissy with football players for waiting until signing day to decide?
How does it really harm anyone at this point. We're months past the point where he would be able to recruit fellow stud HS players to come along with him.
I don't see why him taking his time is an issue.
There is not a single famous athlete that absolutely avoids the spotlight when it is on them.
If so, they would not last long under the microscope.
It's an issue because we're impatient fanatics.
I am looking at it this way....its almost certain to be a one and done deal, so what it comes down to, is playing with his bud and being a legacy (FSU) or competiting for a national title (UNC, UK).
Now the wildcard in all of this?
Imagine if he helps carry FSU to say a final four?
So yeah, me being impatient (since just about every other top recruit has committed) is probably the reason for my line of thought..
I don't mind at all. Andrew isn't the one bringing attention to himself, it's his brother doing these interviews or random writers bashing him. It's not like Andrew is granting a thousand interviews. During the age of twitter and the 24 hour news cycle, he has kept as little attention on him as humanly possible for a guy with the hype he has.
I'm impatient damnit. I want him to announce now.
UNC people are saying he's decided and it's NOT UNC. Say he may announce next week. We'll see.
where did u read this?
Yeah there was a unc blogger that wrote an article 2 weeks ago on why unc not getting wiggins was a good thing and the main thing was his perceived ego, self entitlement, and attention seeking. I'll give their fans credit though, they immediately called him out for it being sour grapes and completely ripped the article apart.
