This is what FSU fans wanted.
When Jimbo Fisher assembled this staff, Fisher made a point to gather as many young, up and coming, soon-to-be head coaches as he could find. Fans were fired up about the staff and their ability to recruit. Coach Fisher found a great combination of X&O guys and recruiters.
This year FSU went 10-2 and it was enough to blow the top off of the simmering coaching carousel in Tallahassee. There are consequences to everything and as excited as FSU fans were to see Jimbo bring in this type of coaching staff, there was always this (coaches departing) potential down the road.
If FSU was not successful this year with a 10-2 record, the assistants would not have these opportunities. A successful season along with some great coaches/recruiters means your staff is going to be raided.
Look at it how you want, every coach that leaves or has left FSU has improved their financial situation and job status.
Now we look forward to covering the coaching search for the next great coaches/recruiters that Jimbo Fisher will add to his staff. Should be a fun couple months on Noles247 as Signing Day approaches.

We want our cake and we want to eat it too Josue. Stop making so much sense and let us have at least 15 minutes to panic.

all the good ones leave
we still got the bad ones
Sounds eerily familiar to what we UF fans thought of our situation after 2009 when we lost a boatload of good assistants.
Sometimes turnover sparks new life and excitement in a program, especially when the program is already strong. We lost all kinds of momentum and things seemed stale. Plus, things didn't seem to mesh with our program.
