LSU- Alcorn led 9-7 late in the 2nd quarter. The Alcorn coach should have called timeout, posed his team under one scoreboard and snapped a photo. LSU gave up 22 points in the end. Poor performance.
Oregon- Led 23-19 at half and WSU could have been leading. Their D is what everyone thought, poor.
UGA- Nice offense, good freshmen RB's. 44 points to UT...really??? D is hot garbage. Where was that great LB?
S. Carolina- Losing 17-7 at half to Kentucky...Kentucky! And they were 2 yards short of going into half down 24-7.
WVU- Man that Offense is lights out. Man that Defense is horrendous.
Texas- Nice win. Thought defense was tthe strength of this team? Gave up what, 36 points. Meh.
VT- There's trouble in Blacksburg. Offense and Defense are suspect.
Nobody in the BIG is getting to the BCS championship game, nada.
Bama looked to be the only top team that took care of bussiness yesterday. Everybody else has plenty of issues, FSU included.

Alcorn State? Pretty sure LSU played Towson.
Is WVU's offense ridiculous, or is Baylor's D that bad? Both?
South Carolina looked like Garbage
Texas was impressive. That OSU offense is not like Clemson. Sometimes even the best D's give up big points.
VT is terrible.
Ole Miss is better than expected. Bama looked pretty good IMO
Not sure how I got Alcorn ST. , bout the same though.
The adage that college football is twelve one game seasons proves no truer than this weekend. We'll finally learn what kind of teams LSU and UF have this weekend.
33-14 against ole miss at home is taking care of business? Bama can be exploited. McCarron is not good enough to beat anyone with his arm .Wr's look ok but not in our class. Pass rush is very avg. Having trouble holding the edge.
IMHO they can be beaten straight up.
WV will have to go to Austin which is still a tough place. Texas will roll by 17
3-2-1 TOUCHDOWN FSU
WV's defense is as bad as Clemson's or worse.
I wouldn't be overly concerned with a WVU matchup should both Ala and Ore. lose.
Looking at the schedules, be another month before all things get settled(right when the first BCS comes out). If LSU does beat UF they will be far ahead of us at #3. If FU wins we stay at 3 in both polls. LSU/Bama,wont change anything unless Bama manages to lose(doubtful) and all of Oregon's big games are at the end of the year. Need to keep our heads down and win our games.
We fell a spot in the simulated BCS this week to #4.

I think Alabama has that thing where teams go into games with them expecting to lose.
Nobody says "we expect to lose," but they do.
We are still in the process of getting that back. USF expected to beat us, just like Wake and Clemson did.
That's a big advantage Bama has.
Bama is throwing more, but generally don't need to throw to win. If you load the box, McCarron will beat you. He seldom gets hit, best offensive line, and they have discovered another receiver, a freshman, was awesome Saturday. McCarron is accurate, makes the throws he is supposed to make. Most qb's can look good with that offensive line.
Bama was lucky to get that kickoff return the very next play after Ole Miss took a lead. Then it was 27-14 in the 4th qtr with one score being a kickoff return. They did not look unbeatable vs a crappy Ole Miss team to me.
GO NOLES! / SCALP EM!
Didn't Western Kentucky have like 6 sacks on Bama QB's?
We'll see how good LSU really is after the next month. They play at UF, vs. USCe, at TAMU, and vs. Bama.
Yeah, my bama fan friends are concerned about the offensive line. I have not watched them play this year. I know McCarron is having a great year. Has yet to throw an interception. I assumed the offensive line was keeping him clean. I still think they will get it together.
