Less schollies means less opportunities to miss on players. You cant reasonably argue that roster will have more talent when you have less players on scholarship.
Now I know....down 20 with a minute to go, at home, against your rival is not being embarrased.
Umm based on ur prediction thread y'all was post too win 34-9
No I can't argue that but u think schollie reductions next year is gonna stop us from going after Sony, cook, lane, McDermott, Chad Thomas ect?
Now you guys are into moral victories. Pathetic....
Underclassmen vs upperclassman, who u think was post to win?
You won't have this excuse in a year or two. It's not the underclassman that are an issue, it's the talent level of those underclassman that is.
Garbage time TD's and refs kept y'all in the game
Actually the talent level of the underclassmen is pretty sweet. The upperclassman are for the most part terrible. Shannon's players- aj highsmith, shayon green, Luther Robinson, Kelvin Cain, Jimmy Gaines, telemaque, kacy Rodgers, Asante Cleveland suck. Also had a handful of sucky players that transferd.
I've never heard so many excuses from the winners of a game.
Quit the garbage time td crap. It's our fault u guys let us drive 80 yds in little over a minute?
What happened the year before then? Jacory and all of them were upper classmen...
It's not "sweet", its down right embarrassing for Miami. The underclassman will be good until they're upperclassman, and then the underclassman will be better than the upperclassman. It's a vicious cycle that FSU fans experienced for 10 years.
I love how they call us preseason champs, I guess we should be ashamed of going 11-2, winning our conference and playing in a BCS bowl. And when since did score matter in a rivalry game? Thought winning was important? Cane fans are lame, this thread was started about a FSU commit but they have to come here and run their mouths.
I've never heard of so many proponents of moral victories outside of this fan base from 2001-2009. I guess that's what you've come accustomed to though.
Jacory was garbage, he's playing in the cfl. That really was one hard headed group and you would think they 3 peated with the egos leftover from shannons team.
No, but you can't act like your starters vs our backups is some great accomplishment.
It's why it's called garbage time. Game was over, our backups were in, your starters were in because Golden wanted the blowout to look closer with recruits there.
He literally played for a moral victory at the end.
First nobody was acting like it was some great accomplishment its dumb for you to act like Freemans touchdown wasn't the same thing.
You act like beating Miami was some big accomplishment because you claim "Golden wanted the blowout to look closer with recruits there." The freshman played a lot so I don't know what starters you speak of and why in the hell would recruits care about how close the score was if they were at the game watching it?
If ur backups can't stop an 80 yard drive in 1 minute then the future is not looking bright. I mean 1 minute c'mon....
U can blame Kirk heirbstriet
I know you don't stand behind this statement...
1 minute bro, 80 yards bro.
Our back-ups weren't in.
Ok so that means FSU future isn't bright... and exactly how did you come up with that conclusion... I mean if that is the case then UM future isn't that bright either considering that young defense gave up a lot more than 1 TD for 80 yards in under a minute... heck a few games there they gave up 3 Tds in less than 5 minutes... like I said I know you don't stand behind that statement
