All we need to score is 3 points as that sorry ass offense sure as hell isn't going to score on us.
By the way we will score 24+ and make it 3 straight.
Clemson has a better offense then any team in the SEC including Bama. Thier D sucks though.
I watched Clemson struggle with an AWFUL Auburn team on a neutral field. I also watched a Tennessee team rip apart a bad NC State team on a neutral field.
Texas A&M would absolutely destroy Clemson. They'd be easily the second best team in the ACC.
Clemson was without their best player, a player who would be the best offensive player in the SEC. Sammy Watkins! Just accept that Driskell sucks and looks like a Neanderthal redneck.
Laughed til I cried. Not cried like that bitch, though.

I agree that the gate coaches have really gotten every ounce out of that offense.
In that regard--they have been a bit more impressive than the FSU O coaches.
The gates have also gotten some pretty good quality wins:
Going into this season, I expected the gates to have 4 losses.
They have over-achieved in my opinion.
Driskel will be a solid player, if you can't objectively see that you really know nothing. He was a big arm and great speed, his numbers are down bc uf is not putting the game on him bc they have not had to and he he has no real threats at wr and an above avg rb and below avg o line. I think we/FSU matches up good vs uf, we have the best d he will see (we are #2 in total d) and on the road...we also have a better o than any team uf has played. We are the only team in the top 10 w a total o and total d both in the top 10. Should be a good game , UFs d is legit we will see
None of us UF fans expected to be 7-1 right now. Most of us guess 7-5 or 8-4. We don't have the WRs FSU has but our TE is one of the best in college football.
Good to see a couple rational, non-troll Noles on here.
Gotta agree with this
Hard to say Reed is better than O'Leary because we never use him, but he is always wide open. The problem we had against NC state was EJ and missing one of our best OL in Watson. Jimbo also called a horrible game. Florida game will be close, if EJ could spread the field FSU could roll, but it will more than likely be a 17-10 game
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
Jeff Driskell still sucks.
Just thought I would add in a little reality to this .....ahem....discussion.
Driskell is the 47th rated QB in college football. He has 8 TDs and 3 interceptions while completing 65% of his passes.
Not bad for a sophomore.
His yards per attempt is an anemic 5.63 yards. In the games I have seen him, he regularly misses open receivers.
He is fortunate he has a featured TE to throw to, because he bails out Driskell big time.
Now here is what should be concerning to UF fans. He is 97th in total offense, with only 317 net rushing yard and a total of 178 yards offense per game. This is a 5 * HS QB who is suppose to be a dual threat. I would imagine he would be better in UMs offense for which he was recruited for. But, in this offense, even with better receivers, he doesn't appear to be a good fit. Will he ever be good in it? Can't decide now, but there is evidence he won't. Maybe, they change the offense to fit his skill set? Maybe the light goes on and he improves dramatically? We won't know for sure for a while.
But compare him to other QBs with his skill set after a year of experience and you see much better performance. And that is what should be concerning to UF fans.
