Can we please get the hell out of this embarrassing ass conference? Please?
ACC Championship = same attendance as Miami home game vs. Division 2 team

We got our tickets through FSU but that was before they were going on stub hub for $9. Not to mention there are probably a lot of fans who do not want to go to charlotte in the middle of winter.
You see the prices on StubHub?
Kenny Powers: "A true champion will do whatever it takes to rise above. Because surrender is death, and death is for pussies."
Got mine on stub hub, picking up a family member in wv that is skipping the wvu game to come down with me to watch fsu play.
I dont want to go to Charlotte any time of year
ACC needs to take a note from the PAC 12 and have it be a home game for the #1 seed. That is what they are doing right? Screw it, just anywhere other than there. Raymond James? Eh? Jacksonville?
23,000 dolphins are killed every year in Japan. For pest control. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KRD8e20fBo
I was just about to say this.

seriously charlotte in december with no dome is idiotic. just another instance of swofford ruining this conference. i cannot believe they thought its a good idea. either make it a home game for the higher seed or find a dome somewhere to play in
FSU Ambassador to the masses
How about winner gets to leave, the BS exit fee gets waived, the program gets automatic entrance to the conference of their choice, and the fans get to chuck bags of cat sh!t at the refs? Cmon make it interesting!
The only thing more depressing than the ACC as an entity is that the conference champ is awarded by playing Kent State. Seriously, is there a single positive aspect to playing in the ACC?
The weather isn't the issue, if it was the #1 seeds home field it would be out doors. What IS an issue is that the ACC title game is 95% of the time a match up dud. So if it was at the #1 seed home field we'd put 80K in the stands and make the ACC some money..
It's also a location and timing issue. It's not easy for people to get time off or buy reasonable tickets for a weekend trip to that game, especially with a Holiday right around the corner. People would be more willing to make time and spend money if it were a big match-up, but it isn't. There needs to be more thought put into the ACCCG venue considering the conference's ridiculous reach (Miami to Boston) and its unpredictable nature.
Hey be nice I happen to live in Charlotte. Unfortunately I'm going to be out of town this weekend or I would be there rooting the noles on. I'm open to changing your mind though. If you ever make it to town a night's worth of rounds on me at a watering hole of your choice.

ACC needs to copy PAC-12 and just have game played at the home of the higher ranked team.

Definitely should be a home game for highest ranked team. But Swofford's main focus is to boost the North Carolina economy...that is it. See Raycom and his @#$#@$ TV contract.
I was in Charlotte a couple of weeks ago. No way I'd be driving another 10 hours (back and forth) sitting outside at 8pm to watch us play GaTech
The travesty... is that if we lose this ACC champ game, we get to play in a much more interesting/competitive opponent in the bowl.
Chic-fil-a in Atlanta...vs.... LSU
Live in Charlotte and it is a great progressive city. The high Saturday is a balmy 63 under clear skies. Comfortable mid 50's for the game. Great football weather.

Now that's a game I would go to. 2 hours vs 5 hours and vs a much better opponent.
FWIW The low in Charlotte is suppose to be 40 on Saturday. Since the current temp is 41(at 8:00pm). I can only assume it would be similar by game time.
Charlottes a great city but the ACCCG always been an an example of our conference's eff ups.
Other conferences treat the game as a major draw. Ours treat it like a WF-BCS game at 11:00 on Raycom.
I know our conference sucks but not doing anything to make our championship more than just a local economy booster blows me away.
Charlotte is a great city. I land at 10am on Saturday morning - Looking forward to it
I would trade the Orange for the Chic-Fli-A against LSU, but only if we beat GT. The last thing we need now is to lose to GT, there would be a complete meltdown..
My only concern would be the money we would leave on the table by not accepting the BCS bowl bid.
Why would you want to finish the season losing three straight?
FSU Football. Making cool the new swag since 2013.
Why should Swofford care? He will sitting in a nice cozy luxury suite getting served. Like a king looking out over his fiefdom! Long live the king.
When's our Bastille Day?
