Hearing some rumbles that Miami is looking like the frontrunner now. Anyone else hearing any chatter pertaining to this?
Miami seems like this year's Auburn/Tennessee.

Maybe folks on here are more noob ish than I thought but the afternoon a kid gets off an OV they are basically always leaning to that school. Want to know where Gus stands? Ask Tuesday.
This early after the visit....must be coming from the Miami board.
It was from a Miami source and an FSU source.
Edwards always seemed like a Coley guy to me.

I wouldn't even flinch if he ended up at Miami. He would have been a career back-up at Florida State. Obviously depth is an underrated quality, especially at a position that gets as banged up as the RB position.

I disagree I think the kid is going to surprise some folks imo
Not sure what to think of this. FSU is now resigned to putting in a ton of effort to bring in a "career backup" for a 2nd RB that is essential to the class.

I disagree. I think his plan is/was to take over the Lonnie Pryor role.
He is going to be a FB he has size and Syrucuse was recruiting him as a LB if that is telling of his blocking skills
Did not know that, that's an interesting fact indeed, and shows you how much I have paid attention to him as a recruit (Still haven't watched his video.)
Is Miami recruiting him as a FB too? Or are they actually recruiting him to be a back-up to Duke?
It's decent, but he's playing against NY area kids.

No offense, but if you haven't watched his film how do you jump to the conclusion he will be a career backup?
Because his name is Gus.
And he's from NY. HS football is a joke up there.
And he's not going to beat out a kid like Yearby or Green.
etc etc etc
But since I forgot we were recruiting him to be LP24's replacement, then I take back the career back-up RB position. He's going to Miami anyways from what someone who would know just told me when I asked about him. So it's all now
I just really think Fisher's offense is dependent on having a good FB. Think about not having Lonnie this year- our running game would have been completely f***ed. Who steps up and plays his role in the future? Whatever the answer, it'll be a downgrade, and our running game will suffer (further exposing Trickett, but I digress).
I think Fisher has been wanting to go with 1 back sets. So there is that answer.
