Complete poll now linked in photo form.
Somebody needs to take those computers and throw them in a pond.
Still makes me laugh that the computer polls rank FSU behind Clemson when FSU beat them.
It is all considered parity if you are in the SEC.

So if you are in the SEC, you are either in the top 10 or unranked. There is no in between. What a farce.
so I calculated that our VT win moved us up .0102 and ND beating a crap BC team moved them up .0346

What will it honestly take for sec teams to drop? 3 losses? For Fsu, climpson and GT beat them in the same weekend?
and how is ND beating BC 3.3 times more valuable than us beating Va Tech? Seems like nonsense!
The computer polls show you how much Savannah State hurt us by being on the schedule. I am not even lying, we may have been better off not even playing anyone. Savannah State is the reason Clemson is above us in the computer polls. We have all the same opponents except for OOC games. Their OOC were Ball State, Furman, and Auburn. While that is not very good, it is much better than Murray State, Savannah State, and USF.
"Some people think football is a matter of life and death, I assure you, it is much more serious than that."
Based on the previous polls we still wouldn't jump Florida or USCe because all their losses would be to top 11 teams and UGA loss to Ga Tech would balance out with win to FU
Drives me crazy that we were suppose to have a schedule that had 3 OOC games against BCS teams and SO much changed once WVU backed out. That really hurt and Savannah St. did more harm than good.
Look, playing Savannah State is hurting our computer rankings. No doubt about it. But far and away the biggest contributor to our poor ranking is that we play in a crappy conference that does crappy against the OOC big boys. The fact we lost to NC State does much more to weaken our computer ranking than playing Savannah State. Back when the BCS first started and there was a SOS component in it, FSU actually benefited from the computer ranking and SOS. We played a tough OCC schedule, UM was OOC and GOOD and the ACC was more competitive OOC then than it is now. With a weak sister ACC we have one path and that is to go undefeated. Either that or start scheduling monster OOC games (and wi them) like we used to. If Bama had won out along with Oregon and KSU we wouldnt have made it this year. Not a chance.
Three two-loss SEC teams ranked ahead is so ridiculous. There are always gonna stay ranked high because when they lose to one another, they go NOWHERE!
When we beat UF and don't move up to at least #6 there will be a big time problem, one that should involve more than just a discussion on ESPN.
at this point our ranking is pointless we have zero chance to play for the title, but it is funny to see clemson ranked ahead of us in the computer rankings. Makes me think even if we were undefeated we would probably be ranked behind Alabama still.
At this point I don't really care, all I know is I'm going to be sick if ND falls into the NC game.
Beat Maryland, beat UF, win the ACC champ game, win our bowl.
That is what we have left, BCS means nothing to us, other than humor and discussion.
I do love that 4-9 is the SEC. Really hoping that one of the three fall huh?
