Love him as a person and as a Seminole, great guy.
Cant throw. Period. Missing easy passes tonight. Sucks to say it.
On the bright side, i feel like we are pretty good as a team now with a QB who cant throw so we might surprise people with how good we are next year.
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
you trickett fanboys are gonna be pretty disappointed with your hero
70% completion percentage has to count for something. I'm thinking the weather may have a little something to do with it.
Whatever. After 2013 you'll have a Trickett fathead in your mom's basement.
Trickett will never start, EVER.
Here comes the overreaction again.... btw Trickett is not really that good, he was really bad in the Wake Forest game last year..

EJ is simply a different QB on the road. There is no rational explanation for why this is, it just is.
"I never knew I had a foot until I noticed it was on your neck"
He is the worst QB I have ever seen with a 70% pass completion ratio.
So is Fisher.
EJ had a great last drive, and i didnt say he COULDNT throw, im saying he cant consistently throw a good ball. The guy was waaaaaaay off for a while.
EJ catches way too much crap on this board. What game are you guys watching? He has missed on two short throws, besides that he has been on point. His pick was O'Leary's fault.
That drive before half was one of the best I have seen from him. Not to mention he is the second most efficient QB in the nation (right below Klein, who is considered the front runner for the heisman) with a 70% completion Percentage, 17 TD's, and 5 interceptions. You guys are idiots.
I can't bash EJ.
Fisher has witnessed his offensive line meltdown through out the game and up until the last drive in the 2nd quarter, the vast majority of his play calls were highly unlikely to be successful.
Game-time adjustments are painfully slow. The vast majority of games we have lost under Fisher have come down to him failing to make play-calling adjustments when our O-lines being blown up.
Slow developing inside handoffs aren't going to work, when your o-line is being blown up.

Are you watching?
Yea. He is playing great. Especially in this half. Maybe if our receivers could hold onto a damn pass.
And he takes a 15 yard sack because he won't get rid of the ball
Yeah he really screwed up on that game winning TD PASS!
Do you know how stupid that sounds. Have you watched any college football before?
9-1 and one more win to the ACC championship game. What was the last QB that accomplished that?
God....how can't people enjoy this team????
As bad as he was for the majority of the night, the guy showed up when FSU needed him to the most.
I think you need to look at it from a different angle. EJ was definitely off tonight. He didnt throw the ball away when he should. But guess what. He still completed 60% of his passes. He still threw for over 300 yds. He still threw for 3 TD's and 2 of those came on 2 minute drives when we had just lost the lead. There are over 100 teams in the country who would gladly trade their QB for someone like that. EJ had a way off night but still found a way to get the team a W.
All you have to do is run the offense quickly, and run EJ some, so that he doesn't have time to think. He's one of these athletes who thinks too much if given the opportunity.
If he doesn't have time to think, he's actually VERY good. Including being more accurate.
You have to run him, and go no-huddle. Get him unconscious, and he's damn good.
I'm starting to sense EJ doesn't like noisy pressure games. When D's come after him, he seems to get really frazzled. Runs backwards, spins and drops too much. Would love to see him in shotgun more and have the ability to throw it away more often under pressure.
Yall are some weird dudes.
That is all.
