Was anyone else a little confused as to why his kickoffs were coming up so short? We know he has a leg, but it seemed as if the NIU kicker was putting them farther back than Dustin (even though karlos wasnt returning a couple that were close).
Because we ask him to kick it high and to the goal line with the belief we can stop them before they hit the 25...we have been doing it all year long with a few exceptions.
Not enough gold paint sprayed on the toes.
Looked like he had an off night. If I recall correctly, he only had one mortar of a kick-off.
I think the goal is to let Karlos seek and destroy.
Of course, he can kick it to the trumbone section, but you can use his leg accuracy as a weapon, so why not use it?
I heard he had been battling some leg soreness.
Yeah, as others have said, that was on purpose. They've been doing it all year with the new touchback rule.
