"In the next couple of weeks I have to make a decision to come back for my senior season at FSU or enter the NFL draft. I have yet to make any decision on what I am going to do yet, but I know whatever decision I do come to that it will be the best for me. While I'm home for the next couple of days I will talk to my family and I know they will help guide me with the best decision possible."
Pruitt, Sunseri and company would finally turn him into the situational edge rusher we simply have not seen his first three years. He can go pro or come back, either is a good choice.
Pro or return...
Telvin Smith had his coming out party. He is the man next year at LB IYAM. He was EVERYWHERE against NIU
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
I definitely think Jones can improve his stock immensely if he comes back. But if he chooses to test his skills in the NFL, I'll root hard for him. Good kid, good competitor.
Whatever decision he makes, I truly hope is the best one for him.
Any comic fans out there, check out Tart, written by a Seminole Grad, who is incidentally... me.
Christian will improve his stock a lot by returning IMO but he will also rise a lot with combine and pro day tests.
Telvin, Northrup, Eligwe, Terrence and company will be plenty capable of carrying the load.
Definitely true, but imagine Smith and Jones together next year? Could be dangerous for opponents.
"I never knew I had a foot until I noticed it was on your neck"
He can be a jarvis Jones type (yes, at that level) if he comes back with the new d coaches.
He's going to come back to FSU or he will be drafted in the 7th round or will be un-drafted.
He needs to Be used in blitzes more as he could terrorize QBs!
He will end his NFL career as the 2nd best Nole LB in FSU history, behind only Brooks.
I agree he should come back, but will root for him no matter what as long as he doesn't go to the Cowboys or Giants.
