We have to take a deep breath and accept it. Jimbo Fisher has made his choice. He knows the deal. He has surely accepted that whatever success he has here, it will have to happen without highly rated high school offensive linemen being a major part of it. It will be built on diamonds-in-the-rough and 2- and 3-star scrappy players. That's our model. Accept it and be glad we aren't adopting that model on the DEFENSIVE line.
We can afford to have a CUSA offensive line. We can win the ACC with that, as long as we are terrific everywhere else. A CUSA defensive line would hurt a lot more.
